Enjoy This Photographic Tour of Our Site

Howling Coyote Remote Observatories (HCRO) is “THE PREMIER” remote hosting facility. Located along New Mexico’s US HWY 60 Dark Sky Corridor, our remote hosting facility is one of the few in the world with Bortle 1 skies as well as  sub-arcsecond seeing. We enjoy these conditions on average over 275 nights per year!

But our location isn’t the only reason university astronomers, space industry professionals, amateur and professional astrophotographers trust us with their telescopes. We also provide dedicated support so each customer can focus on data acquisition and imaging.

About Our Site Photos

The photos below display the care we put into all aspects of our shared and private observatories. We professionally install each system for optimal performance. The installation also includes a premium pier. Professional service technicians are always nearby to provide emergency support when needed.

Our facility is secluded and very secure behind two gates, 24/7 camera surveillance over the entire property, which you will have access to so you can check on your setup at any time. Additional security is provided by the owner who lives on-site, a retired police lieutenant. You can relax and be assured your rig is safe and secure.
